PC Mall, Inc. (PC Mall) is a direct marketer of technology products, services and solutions to businesses, government and educational institutions and individual consumers. It also offer sour products, services and solutions through its field service teams, various direct marketing techniques and a number of retail stores. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had five operating segments, SMB, MME, Public Sector, MacMall and OnSale. As of December 31, 2011, it generated approximately 37% of its revenue in its MME segment, 35% of its revenue in its SMB segment, 13% of its revenue in its MacMall segment, 12% of its revenue in its Public Sector segment and 3% of its revenue in its OnSale segment. On February 18, 2011, the Company acquired certain assets of eCOST.com. The Company offers its products, services and solutions through dedicated account executives, field service teams, direct marketing techniques and a limited number of retail stores.
