ClearPoint Business Resources, Inc. (ClearPoint) is a workplace management solutions provider. The Company provides workforce management technology solutions throughout the United States, including its iLabor technology platform (iLabor or the iLabor Network), vendor management services (VMS) and staff augmentation programs. It acts as a broker for its clients and network of temporary staffing suppliers using its open Internet portal-based iLabor network. ClearPoint s services focus on assisting clients in managing their contingent labor needs. iLabor is an on-demand, e-procurement solution, which eliminates the need for clients to install and maintain hardware and software applications. As of April 12, 2010, ComVest Capital, LLC owned 51% of ClearPoint s fully diluted common stock and approximately 56.7% of outstanding shares of ClearPoint s common stock.
