Mad Catz Interactive, Inc. (Mad Catz) designs, manufacture (through third parties in Asia), market, sell and distributes accessories for all major videogame platforms, the personal computer and Mac and, to a lesser extent the iPod and other audio devices. Mad Catz's accessories are marketed primarily under the Mad Catz, Saitek, Cyborg, Eclipse, Joytech, GameShark, Tritton and AirDrives brands. The Company's products include videogame, personal computer and audio accessories, such as control pads, video cables, steering wheels, joysticks, memory cards, flight sticks, dance pads, microphones, car adapters, carry cases, mice, keyboards and headsets. It also develops flight simulation software through its internal ThunderHawk Studios and operates flight simulation centers under its Saitek brand. It also publishes videogames.
